It drives me insane when.....

....I empty the washing machine and realise an undiscovered tissue left in a pocket has gone through the wash which has disintegrated all over the washing causing a snowstorm of tiny bits of tissue to cascade over the floor when I take it out if the machine! Aarghhhh!!! What little things drive you insane?

Honestly, the times I asked DH to empty his pockets before putting his stuff in the laundry basket. He would forget every time. Until that is, the day I was out and he decided to do a load of washing. A black wash, loads of socks and some nice fluffy fleeces and jumpers. I had to seriously hide my glee when I got home that afternoon to find him picking thousands of tiny sodden white lumps off everything. He never forgot to check his pockets again after that.

I believe missing socks disappear into a factory that turns them into tissues
