Anyone got a "dwarf" eucalyptus in their garden?

I've seen this one eucalyyptus gunni silverana but it says it will grow to 12 metres tall if not trimmed. We have a tiny front garden (townhouse) and like the look of these trees.

We have a eucalyptus bush with the intention of keeping it small. But personally, I would not plant one in a normal suburban garden. They can grow very long roots (because it’s meant to be a very big tree) and can cause problems with subsidence or issues with home insurance. We live on a farm and ours is planted very far from the house for that reason. Maybe it would live outdoors in a very large pot, I don’t know. I just wouldn’t risk it right close to the house.
