Looking for UK companies that arrange hiking holidays

Looking for recommendations for a UK-based company that offers guided hiking trips in Europe. This would be for a father&son combo (son being 20yo), neither are seasoned hikers but are reasonably fit and up for a challenge, as long as it’s balanced with some downtime!
They’d prefer to be part of a small group rather than going completely self-guided. A mix of scenic trails and a bit of leisure time would be ideal. Portugal has come up as a possibility, but they’re open to other destinations in Europe. Thinking around June time.
Has anyone done a trip like this and can recommend a good company? Thanks!

I’ve just done an excellent cycling trip and was so impressed I asked them to send the brochure. Clientele was great but in the older dude… 40-60 ish.

I have done a few in UK and going again. Totally recommend!

Ramblers also do group holidays (u don't have to be a member) but I had better experience with HF.

ATG Oxford- we've only done the self guided ones not the groups but they were all fantastic and you get lots of support from the local rep
