What can I make with mince beef?

I have some mine beef I need to cook today. I want to do something different other than the usual lasagne/cottage pie/spag bol etc.

any suggestions that are fairly easy and kid friendly ?

Tacos or quesadillas

Quesadillas

Burgers?

Keema
Meatballs

Bibimbap

Taco’s would be my go to. Or, a savoury topping for baked potato’s. Or savoury stuffing for stuffed capsicums.

How are they with spicy?
I like thai style mince served with noodles or you can have it in lettuce wraps.
Chicken/pork mince is more usual but I have done it with beef mince too

I made this yesterday tomato beef pasta it looks sort of bolognesey but actually tastes quite different, kids loved it. If cooking in advance just make the sauce and do the pasta stage last minute.

I was about to reply “what can’t you make with minced beef” as it was the base of about 80% of my meals in childhood,

Then I thought, “well, pavlova for a start” and gave myself a fit of the giggles. What can I say, it’s been a long week.
