Anyone recommend a cream or something for my big toe nail please?
Think it's definitely fungal

Try this from Boots. It’s not cheap, but apparently you need something with 5% amorolfine in to do any good.

Just on the shelf with all the other foot related stuff.

I fixed mine with bicarbonate of sida & white vinegar.
Put Soda Bic in a small expresso coffee cup. Sit down on a step. So your feet are accessible to put fizziing paste on. Add just enough white vinegar to make a thick fizzing paste & put it fast on the fungal toenails. I used teaspoon, really scratch at the nail bed & push into the edges & under the toenail, really work it in, then leave it to dry. I just left it on as it was summer & I in sandals, but it will dry & fall off after a bit
I did this about once a week, as the nail grew out
All fixed,
I had tried various potions from the chemist before this

Vicks vapour rub is meant to be good.
