I need to shop a painting to Norway
Can anyone help me

What is your worry, specifically?;

I have family that sends parcels overseas regularly and find FedEx or DHL really good.

I am worried mainly about packing it up properly in case it gets damaged

Make a frame around it that's deeper than the painting, to protect it. Cover in lots and lots of bubble wrap, then put into a stiff box. Packed tightly so it doesn't move about.

You can get tape that says fragile on it, or write it on the box but tbh, I don't think that makes any difference. You've to just pack it really well.

And make sure you get insurance to cover the value.
