What a beautiful day!!

I appreciate not everyone will be the same but here on the east coast of Scotland it's a beautiful day! Blue skies and sun. Cool breeze but perfect for drying my sheets which I have out. It's amazing how a little bit of sun can make all the difference to your mood. Lovely heating the birds while hanging out my washing and noticed all the daffodils and snowdrops are starting to come out in my garden. Anyone else getting some nice weather for a change?

We have the same in West Yorkshire. Washing on the line. Crocuses in a fair few places and a few daffodils too.

It was a beautiful bright morning in the West of Ireland - I could really feel my will to live returning!! :)

It’s a little darker/slightly grey now but I’ll take what I can get. Only thing is that for some reason the sun gave me a Friday feeling this morning and someone had to tell me at 11am that its only Thursday.

Crap this morning, sun is out now, and it is not cold in the sun. The black clouds heading over now don't look great though! I left work at 1745 last night and there was still light. SE London.

I noticed the lighter mornings as well. Amazing what a little bit of sun and light can do for the spirit. Set to be like this all weekend here. Hope everyone can enjoy some sun in the coming days

Beautiful day here in West Yorkshire. Snowdrops and crocus are in full bloom, I’ve spent a couple of hours in my greenhouse, sowing seeds and planting dahlias.
Washing is drying on the line

It was beautiful and sunny, so I piled some logs and coals under the birdbath and lit it. After 35 minutes the water was quite warm and pleasant and we had several species fly down to take a warm bath.

I then lowered a dome over the top and stoked the fire even more. Not 40 minutes later I had a lovely bubbling nourishing stew of goldfinch, blackbird and robin ready for lunch which I had with some crusty bread and a nice glass of claret.

Daffodils yet to bloom!

I’m on the allotment, in 3/4 trousers and T-shirt. It’s glorious! The phone says 10degrees, it’s definitely warmer than that! I’m sowing tomatoes, aubergines, padron peppers, peppers, so I don’t make a mess at home, they’re all going in the spare room.

Beautiful day in the NW! Finally. Makes such a difference, the light mornings and longer days, the changes in light and colour. And it's not raining!

It does feel like spring is one the way.

Lovely to hear that the nice weather is so wide spread and that some people are managing to get out in it

South coast, met my friend and we were thrilled to be able to walk to the local shops in lovely sunshine. It was quite chilly but we ambled around the shops, had coffee and toasted teacakes then meandered our way home.

The sea looked beautiful and the Isle of Wight opposite looked gorgeous.

Spring appears to have arrived. Yay! 😃
