My heart is absolutely broken for the little girl and her family. Why is it so many dangerous drivers get off lightly with offences? If he was Jailed for 11 years in 2018, and stayed in there per his term the little girl would be still alive today. I wish prison sentences actually reflect these crimes, it's scary to think there are so many criminals getting away with such atrocious behaviour / murder quite literally!
