They make me feel sick. The smell is so strong if I open the door mid wash.

I can't wait till they run out so I never have to smell them again.

They smell like a dirty toilet.

I use them. Can't say I have ever noticed a smell.

Are you sure it is the tablets?
Could it be something in the dishwasher itself - check the filter, or is the smell coming from the drain?
Try buying a different brand and use them and see if the smell goes away, then go back to these and see if the smell comes back.

They are my prefered tablets because they don't have an overwhelming lemon or detergent smell to them.

I'd start with one of those dishwasher cleaning bottles, and washing the filters.

Used them for years with no problems at all.

Why do you open your machine mid-wash? Are you cleaning your machine's filters, rotor arms, door seals? Do you run a descale/degrease once a month or at the interval suggested in the manual?

It's the tablets. When I open them to put them in I can smell it! The dishwasher is cleaned regularly.

I've sniffed the tablet itself and heaved!

Maybe I got a bad batch??

I've started using aldi tablets as they seem to clean just as well as more expensive brands

I use them they are fine. You might just be adverse to the smell, .try another brand I get the fairy ones when they are on offer.

I used to think a a particular body shop strawberry lip balm smelt of shit, but no one else could smell it. I think I googled it and it's something to do with some kind of artificial scent that can smell unpleasant to some people, but not everyone 🤔

I don't like fake vanilla smells so candles/bodywash/body lotion it smells absolutely horrible to me.

Someone at work bought them and I thought they smelt be very strongly of detergent. I moved them to another kitchen so I didn't have to use them!

I went off Lenor blue fabric conditioner when I was pregnant as the smell made me feel very very sick. I still can't use it now as it takes me right back...

I'm 100% not pregnant. I'm on my period heavily, as we speak.

DH says they smell normal, I sniffed again and they smell like rotten shite.
