Does this sound like Gallstones

Last night I woke with intense pain right in the middle of where your ribs end at the top of your stomach. This intense pain I also felt in my back to one side of my right shoulder blade .
If it wasn’t for where it was I’d think I was having a heart attack
It also makes me feel if I burp it might go

This has happened a few odd times now, I can go mths and the I’ll get one of these attacks

It sounds like it to me, when you say intense pain, how intense?

I had my gallbladder out a couple of weeks ago and felt pain in my upper abdomen/chest area that radiated to my back. I would also sweat, have diarrhea and throw up. Absolutely horrific.

I’d say maybe 5/6
it’s not as bad as yours was but definitely so uncomfortable pain

Yes, sounds like it could be gallstones. My experience was very similar to @WickWood's - the intense pain, the sweating, the vomiting and the diarrhoea etc. Horrendous. I did wonder if I was having a heart attack the first time it happened.

@MrsBennetsPoorNerves It's horrendous, isn't it?

I'd definitely get to your GP, just in case the attacks get worse (obviously a 5/6 is still awful) and they can cause quite serious complications so it's good to have it on record! X

Gall bladder pain is excruciating for some people - I've broken my back and had a child and it was worse than both of that when I had a gallstone moving down the pancreatic duct... agony.
I'd say it sounds like it possibly is. I'd advise GP and hopefully they can send you for a scan - I put up with it for years before having mine out and I wouldn't recommend that route!
