Sweaty bed

I've recently bought an Emma mattress. Love it for the comfort, but bloody hell it's hot and sweaty.
It's still too cold to sleep with a leg out, but sick of waking up in the night clammy.

Any magic tips? Or recommendations for a mattress topper that cools you down without taking away the comfort of the memory foam?

So sorry you've had this issue. I did too!

I started having awful night sweats, literally soaking the bed. I didn't think for a minute it was my new mattress. Ended up having all sorts of tests for lymphoma!

My colleague then suggested it could be my Emma mattress as she found the same issue with hers.
I gave it to my son, got a new mattress for me and my nightsweats vanished!!

Yes I had this with a simba mattress - same technology as Emma. It's in the spare room now - would never ever buy one like that again!

I have a wool mattress protector from IKEA helped cool down my memory foam mattress. Also go down a few togs with the duvet.

I'd try and wool/natural fibres topper to try and counteract the Emma

Does anyone have any mattress topper recommendations?

We just got ours from IKEA and it's been fine.

OMG, I get this and it never occurred to me that it was caused by my Emma mattress.

I've got an Emma. It's only like that when DH on it too. The minute it's just me then it's fine.
