C - section pain years later

Hi MN ive had 3 c-sections last one 20 years ago.
But this last month ive started to get what i can only describe as itchy and tugging sort of pain goes round my lower back.
Like if i stretch i can feel my scar pull if you know what i mean.
I dont have a huge hang over either.
Sometimes its like its my ovarys are being pinched.
I have got an appointment for saturday with my GP.
But 20 year on just thought id ask if anyone else has had this.

I am 20 years post first c section, and 10 years post third c section. I have been experiencing bad pain in my back and one side lower abdomen. After lots of tests and scans the ultrasound has shown I have a c section niche, like a little pouch where the inner scar is opening (nice). Waiting for Gynae appt to see plan . So things can happen years on it seems
