Streaming apps not working on new iPhone.

Hi,

I purchased a new iPhone 16 on Friday and unfortunately streaming apps such as Netflix and Amazon Prime are not working on my iPhone.

I’ve tried to restart the phone, I’ve tried to delete and re download the apps, I don’t use a VPN and my wifi and mobile data both seem to work.

Any ideas as to why this might be happening?

Can you be more specific about what you mean by "not working"?

Presumably you have the Apps downloaded. What happens when you try to open them? Do they say they are not connected to the internet or something else?

They load for ages then don't play.
