I've got upper stomach pain, taken some buscopan but it's really painful and uncomfortable. Constipated. What can I do?? I haven't got a bath or I'd get in the bath. It hurts :(

Hot water bottle? Hot shower? Get into a different position for a bit- on hands and knees with bum in air maybe?

Sounds like indigestion ? Are you troubled with this ?

Are you taking a laxative or stool softener? If you are constipated buscopan won't necessarily help. At this point, paracetamol for the discomfort, as much water as you can drink and as much exercise/marching on the spot as you feel up to will help.
If it's been 3 days of pain see a pharmacist tomorrow for something stronger and. GP/walk in on Wednesday if the pain isn't any better.

If it's indigestion type pain and it's centre of your upper stomach just under middle bra massage that area firmly to make you burp. Indigestion can be extremely painful.
