Hi - so had an interview Tues for a job and feel it went well. Got an email Fri to say "Hi you made a great impression with the panel, can we please have another name for a reference as can't get hold of one of the ones you put down. As soon as this is done , we can progress with your application".
I've sent the info and waiting to hear. Does this mean I've potentially got the job if references are fine? No mention of getting the job but seemed quite positive. Would they send this to a few people do you think, and then decide after?
Just want to know either way! No nasty sarcastic comments please.
