Slapped cheek?

Since Thursday DS has been under the weather. He’s been saying he has headaches, feels sick, off his food and he looks a little pale and his eyes look really tired. He’s also been sneezing so I thought he has a cold but then a couple of hours I noticed his cheek

Yes it could be. My DS had this when he was a baby and we took him to the GP. They said as it was viral there was nothing we could do apart from rest, fluids and he was ok quite quickly.
