Boring question about York

Hi, calling anyone who knows York, please!
I've been looking at the nearest Premier Inns to the train station and there appear to be 2 around the same distance away. There's Blossom Street North and Blossom Street South. Does anyone know if one is preferable to the other? And would I be ok to walk there at 10.30pm?

Very safe to walk to either. Both good and pretty quiet.

Yes, you could choose either as they’re both nice and clean and central.

York is beautiful. Have a lovely time!

I've stayed in both. It drives me mad how they call them north and south, you have to Google it each time! Whichever one is closest to the junction at Micklegate is the best one. It's literally five minutes walk from the station and you can cut through the car park at the back to reception. If you book the other one it's only one more minute walk, last time I was there the rooms hadn't been upgraded but that was many years ago. There's a handy Sainsbury's five minutes further along past the Everyman cinema, and the Windmill pub on the corner with the Micklegate is a Greene King with good food, good service and a local clientele.

Yes it's fine at 10.30
