What works???
Have bought DS the most expensive creams and washes... nothing works.
I feel bad for him 💔

The only think that worked for DS was a prescription gel from the GP. I think you can get it online from Boots Pharmacy after a consultation. It did cause a bit of redness for a few days which he was self-conscious of, but after that, his skin cleared up beautifully.
