Anyone recommend AI training courses

Hi
I’ve used chat gtp a little ….so far I’ve been underwhelmed but I suspect that it more because I don’t understand how to write good prompts than anything else. I’ve googled for ‘free courses’ but it just brings a plethora of courses most of which are auto renewing subscription charging a fortune after a free month. Can anyone recommend a good training course to get to grips with the basics and a bit more? I don’t want to learn programming - just how to use the large language and possible the photo / video and design AI tools better. Preferably for free or if not for a set fee that doesn’t involve dodgy auto renew subscriptions. Any recommendations?

You could also try asking chat GPT what it recommends, for the one specific research issue I've used it for so far gathering sources and summarising them was one of its most useful attributes, though you may need to check different ones it suggests as human evaluation will be better than any computer

It seems like a total jungle out there. As AI is supposed to be something we all need I am amazed there doesn’t seem to be any easy to find, less dodgy seeming training providers
