Can theses dryers cause damp (pic)

As above can these dryers cause damp ?

Also how how long would it take to dry a load.

Do they fit a good amount of clothing.

The water has to go somewhere so, unless you run a dehumidifier or have windows wide open, you'll be massively increasing humidity in the house (if you've ever used a condenser drier, just imagine spraying all the water it collects around the house!).

Not a massive amount of clothes - the more clothes you have in there the longer it takes to dry.
I kept mine in a Cubby area and didn't have damp issues.
The cover tore and I've replaced it with a condenser drier.

If you don’t also run a dehumidifier or have the windows open then I’d assume so. I have a dehumidifier and it reduces the drying time a lot.

Also how how long would it take to dry a load.
It depends how much you try and fit in at once and what. Eg if you’re drying 5+ pairs of thick jeans or towels it’s going to take ages and might not be worth it. Mine dries (in a small room with a dehumidifier also running) a small load overnight.

Condensation has to go somewhere. Get a dehumidifier as well

I'm wondering if get the heated airer plus the dehumidifier. Has he (son) mayb as well get a standard condenser dry? For the cost of running both?
