Do multivitamins work, or they a scam?

Just wondering as I’ve just started to take multivitamins. I take gummies as I hate swallowing tablets!

I'm hoping they work. I am on mounjaro and struggling to eat, I know I should be eating the foods rather than taking a vitamin but zero appetite I'm kinda stuck

Vitamin D in winter as recommended by the consultant at the sleep clinic.

Vitamin C if I’m run down and starting to get mouth ulcers or other skin issues, which sometimes happens when I’m at a low ebb. But only when run down, I generally have enough in my diet.

Other than that, a decent range of fruit, veg and protein takes care of it all.
