What do you think I should do

I'm trying to book my next hair appointment which will be for highlights. I went to book online and my hairdresser has limited availability. The next suitable date and time is in April.

I like my hairdresser And he knows me but I am thinking if I should book elsewhere. A Saturday appointment would suit me more and it seems as if he has no availabtlty any more on Saturdays. His next free Saturday is in may.

I would stick with who you know and trust!

Can you ring him directly and speak to him, saying how much you appreciate him etc...
Can you be a tiny bit more flexible with apps?
I would stick with him, if it were me.

I agree with the poster who said you should call him rather than trying to book online.

Message him and explain

Personally, I only contact my hairdresser at the time I am ready to have the appointment, so, if it were me, I couldn't wait another 7 or 8 weeks.

Like others, I'd try phoning, or calling in and explaining that there are no more on-line appointments, but that you would really prefer to see him if possible and was wondering if they had any capacity.

If yes, you are sorted. If no then go somewhere else.
But also put a note in your diary to make an appt next time before it gets to the time it is needed.

Stick with him. Maybe ask them to notify you if he receives a cancellation beforehand.

Call him and ask how soon he can fit you in, take that appointment, and then book your next appointment while you’re there. Saturday appointments are always rare because that’s when so many people are off work, I don’t think it’s reasonable to expect a Saturday appointment at short notice.
