UTI in toddler

My son is 3 and has been toilet trained for a year. He is now having accidents and I wondered if he may have a UTI but we are going away tomorrow. Does anyone know what these results from a dipstick test means? I will call the doctors in the morning anyway but wondering whether this will need a visit before we go.

Nothing really showing abnormal. Possible trace of protein but those sticks need to be read within a time frame, also too much urine on them can bleed one colour into another, it needs a quick dip into urine not peed on.
Its negative for leukocytes which makes it unlikely to be infection.
Is he unwell at all? Fever etc

Looks negative for infection. Kids can regress with potty training sometimes. Is he unwell?

Hey that's really useful thanks. No he is acting normal to be honest it's just really unusual for him to have accidents. I did the test and someone else said it was showing blood so I got a bit worried. But to me it looks normal. His actual wee is cloudy.

I did do a quick dip but I think it may have run a bit anyway!

Kids can sometimes regress. Has anything changed recently? New daycare, hes recently been ill? New sibling?
