Modibodi sizing

I've been Googling for an hour and can't find the information I need so I thought I'd ask here.

I need some period underwear for when I'm at work and think that the Modibodi ones will be best. Does anyone know what the sizes are like? According to their size guide I'm in between sizes so I don't know whether to size up or down. I need to order some tonight and it's driving me mad.

I sized up because I'm usually bloated on my period and didn't want tight knickers.

Thank you, I will do. The job I do means that I can't always go to the toilet when I need to so I need something that gives me a bit more protection. Especially now that I've been on the mini pill for ages and it's not working as well anymore.

They arrived today and the medium ( UK 12) fit OK. I think they'll be good for days when I'm feeling bloated.

I'm also going to order a small (UK 10) pair to see how they fit as well.
