Is it not just drinking salty water ie. not good for you? What am I missing?

Most regular people don't need them, but if you are doing a lot of exercise or have been unwell, especially stomach bugs. They can be beneficial.
DD uses them when swimming as she is competitive level and otherwise gets dizzy when swimming first thing even though she will always have a banana first.

But unless you are exercising at competitive level (weather you compete or not) then most people are fine with just water.

I thought drinking salt water was bad for you and ultimately sent you mad.

I was advised this should be my defence for eating the cabin boy, having been marroned at sea for three months, following a nautical 'event'.

Should I be looking for a better legal counsel I wonder...🤔

Please advise.

I have POTS, so I’m very pleased with the new sodium drinks coming out. I drink one first thing every morning, which really helps with dizziness.

On the other hand, my DH drank one of my sodium drinks during a workout recently, and said that he felt so dehydrated, almost like he was drunk. So, I suppose they don’t work for everyone!
