Have name changed! Putting this in chat as wasn't sure if Weight Loss or Exercise were the right topics.
So, I'm doing 75 Hard (2x 45 min exercise a day, 4l of water drunk a day, stick to a diet, read 10 pages non fiction) ~ I know it's hotly debated and is not achievable/even healthy for some people but I considered it and think it's a good challenge for me.
I just feel lonely! Anyone else want to stick together for a fitness or wellness challenge (this or another one, doesn't matter) ~ thought we could encourage each other/brag about our 'meaningless' daily achievements! I'm on day 3.
