Anyone else doing 75 Hard / a wellness challenge?

Have name changed! Putting this in chat as wasn't sure if Weight Loss or Exercise were the right topics.

So, I'm doing 75 Hard (2x 45 min exercise a day, 4l of water drunk a day, stick to a diet, read 10 pages non fiction) ~ I know it's hotly debated and is not achievable/even healthy for some people but I considered it and think it's a good challenge for me.

I just feel lonely! Anyone else want to stick together for a fitness or wellness challenge (this or another one, doesn't matter) ~ thought we could encourage each other/brag about our 'meaningless' daily achievements! I'm on day 3.

4l of water a day seems an awful lot, especially in a chilly February in the U.K. (assuming you are). It only takes 3-4l over a short space of time to get water intoxication.

I baulked at the 4l of water a day

I could do the rest but I cant even reach 2l

I tried this once, and gave up owing to the water consumption requirement. I believe it's actually a US gallon, which comes in at 3.78 L if that makes it any more palatable! There's also a 75 Soft version of this challenge, designed to be a bit less exacting.

To be fair the water bit is the only part I'm finding easy as was drinking 3l-ish a day before (as have always been a big water drinker)
