App to track location

Hi,
I'm looking for an app that tracks my location when out running so my DH can see exactly where I am. So if I got into trouble he'd know where I was but also so he can see how far along the route I am for times he is meeting me or picking me up from somewhere. Doesn't need to be an exercise related app, I don't mind paying a small amount but free obviously best!
Any recommendations?

No, im not tracked by anybody bar google etc.
I do have my father on find my though, as he wanted me to know where he was when out in case he falls

Life 360 - I use it with DD and DP and DP uses it with his DC. It’s surprisingly accurate too

Whatsapp does this. You can share for an hour or a day, then it stops. Much better than downloading yet another app (assuming you already have whatsapp)

Another Life360 recommendation. We use it for DS and it's very accurate - you can also see location history.

Life360 - DSS uses it with his mates, and added us to a family group. It's really accurate, and free at basic level.
