First single bed

Morning! Would be grateful for suggestions on a single bed for 3 yo? I’d quite. Like to get a proper single bed that will last? So not a toddler bed. And happy to invest. Thank you.

My 2 year old has got a single floor bed with the frame that makes it look like a house. He absolutely loves it. Was £100 online at Bed Kingdom. Standard singles are pretty cheap anyway and you can get them pretty much anywhere

We got a full sized single bed from the natural bed company http://naturalbedcompany.co.uk which was excellent quality and he used until adulthood. It’s pretty low which isn’t for everyone, but was a great bed.

Good idea to get a single that’ll last over a cot bed that will be outgrown in a year or 2. Just buy whatever bed you like the look of. You don’t need anything specific to a 3YO or recommendations really… It’s just personal taste. My kids have IKEA beds as they’re good value and it seemed like the easy option but you can get standard singles at any furniture shop.

If you have the space, I would rather go for a small double or a double. Means you have space to co sleep or be nearby if they’re sick etc
