Adding images?

I went to start a new thread - I need some help on a dress shoe - but I wanted to add an image but I can't seem to find that option. Is that happening for anyone else too?

There's an option to add a gif and a poll bit I can't seem to find how to insert a picture/screenshot/phono.

Disturbing images were added to a thread last night depicting CSA. Uploading images is not an option at the moment.

Apparently more child sexual abuse images were posted again overnight, so I assume Mumsnet have stopped pics being allowed.

Again? I thought MN had something in place to check photos now, after the last time?
