Magnesium Supplements....where do I start !!!

Hi..
Know I need them from what I have read and issues I have ...but there are just so many to choose from .

How do I know which are the right ones ...or is it trial and error ?

Should I do on line ones ...or stick to H &B shop ?

If it's for sleep/ menopause, make sure it's Magnesium glycine and not other Mg compounds.

To continue....after a month on the Nutrition Geeks Mg 3in1, I now take a range of their supplements and feel so much better - calmer, relaxed, think more clearly, regular bowels (major issue pre Mg). I feel "well" and I think it's been a really long time since I did.
I'm 45 if that helps.

I took Floradix magnesium for restless legs during pregnancy. It’s a liquid so is easily absorbed even if a relatively low dose. I personally found it very effective. My symptoms disappeared in a matter of days.

I take 1 or 2 at bedtime so usually 30 mins before I go to sleep. Generally 1, but if I take 2 it generally ensures I'll go to the loo in the morning.
