I bought tickets this morning via See Tickets. I got an email saying that to get access to the tickets, I needed to download the O2 app with the same email. I did that, linked my email address etc but it says that I have no upcoming events or orders. Is this normal given I got them about an hour ago, or have I done something wrong? Any advice would be very gratefully received!!!

When is the event? Often the tickets only show up in the app a day or two beforehand, to help cut down touting.

@DuckBushCityLimit it's in June and I wasn't expecting to be able to download them until much closer to the time, but it says that there's no upcoming events or that I haven't got any tickets? There's just nothing there on the app?

Yes, that's normal. It is a pretty shit app, but my tickets have always shown up eventually! As long as you have the booking confirmation, it will be fine. Worst case, the box office at the venue can help.
