Does anyone else get weird calls?

on the mobile phone.
When you answer and say something there is a recorded voice message asking you to add the number to WhatsApp so they can talk to you about a job opportunity.
If you say nothing the call is cut off at once.
It is a scam, but I haven't seen it flagged anywhere.

yes I had this very thing 3 days ago. It will be a scam - possibly with the aim of taking over your WhatsApp account perhaps? Mine was a female voice and it came from what displayed as a uk mobile number. Google did recognise the number - I was expecting to see some results of it being a scam number, but nope.

I don't answer any calls where I don't recognise the number. I then Google it to see if it is anyone legit and if not block it.

I answer all calls on my mobile (had it since 1996) but numbers that are weird do not get a voice answer from me.
