Permanent Teeth

tillytoodles1 · 13/02/2025 17:39

I've lost three top teeth, two on one side, one on the other, either side of my remaining front tooth.
I've got dentures but I can't wear them, I hate them.i was thinking of having three permanent teeth fitted, probably at BUPA, as I'm an NHS patient with them.
Does anyone have any idea of the cost please?

Your probably best to get an appointment with the dentists for accurate costs.

I know, but I just thought I'd ask before I went any further.

Depends whether you need a bone graft and sedation. A couple of grand each at least for implants. Unless you mean a bridge which will be less expensive but the tooth either side of the gap will need to be strong enough to support.

I'm hoping for a bridge. I'm OK with £3k,

NHS has fixed price banding if you are fortunate enough to have a good NHS dentist.

Hopefully a lot less with NHS bridges. Fingers crossed for you.

My NHS dentist quoted £1.6k for a bridge to cover one tooth and £3.2k to cover 2 (this year). He indicated implants would be c£2k each but he doesn't do them and I am expecting to be more like £2.5k each.

Thanks everyone, I'll make an appointment.
