Can anyone recommend any videos to follow on YouTube please.
I am a complete beginner with terrible core strength after children!

I would recommend you actually go for a few lessons with an instructor. Pilates is all about being in exactly the right position and a hands on instructor is really helpful when you start out. It's very easy to get it wrong and you won't get the benefit in that case.

Make sure you get a Pilates mat rather than a yoga mat. They are thicker and have a different surface. Decathlon are a good source for mats and other equipment.
