Do you get the back to work blues the evening before your work week starts ?

If so- do you put up with it
Or question if its the right role for you etc ?

Thank you

I did when I was teaching - they went when I changed jobs. I have more control over my week now which helps enormously.

I work with people with dementia for NHS. A combination of home visits and working from home writing them up. I still get to use my skills but much more flexible as I plan my own time - a revelation, much healthier and happier. I'm so glad I was brave and made a change.

This is really not much help at all OP, and probably best kept to myself, so apologies in advance…but I got over work blues by sleeping with a colleague

On a more serious note it was the social aspect of work that got me down, but I’m working on it now, thanks in no small part to said colleague 😅
