I find exercise truly boring, but I need to get fit to do more interesting activities. So I'm going to try. Everyone tells me to listen to music while I exercise. I rarely listen to music, and I certainly do not like the thubbada-thubbada-thubbada stuff that seems excite and motivate others. I wonder whether listening to an interesting and exciting book would help keep me going on a treadmill or weights machine?
Can you suggest an audiobook to listen to while exercising? Not horror or gore, please.
