Anyone else going to try and get some this week?

I have no idea how much they are, and I've heard we can only buy a max of two 😂

Not planning to get any but have seen the pricing. The cheapest tickets are seats at £197.50, cheapest standing is £262.50.

DH & DS want to go but the prices are outrageous. We don't live nearby, so need to factor in travel.
How can they justify those prices?

I tried to get on 02 today, got into the waiting room the second it opened and was 27000th in the queue, 2hours waiting and no tickets.

I'll try the other priority tomorrow and general on Friday as well, but they are bloody expensive.

I really want to get them for my sons 21st but I think there's very little chance.

I got a presale code yesterday from the Metallica fan club. Got on quickly, tickets for an average seat were £425. Tickets at the very back were £325. Some gold circle vip ones were £2750. These prices are per ticket.
I didn't buy any, not paying nearly a grand for two average tickets. Rip off.

I did too and got in to buy seats. I wanted standing so I didn't buy any and my mate is disgusted with me 😂

Today's presale was a shit show, 17000 in the queue in front of me and I didn't get anywhere near a ticket.

Really? For some reason i have an account on avfc dunno why but i have no access to tickets. Says i need a membership and membership benefits only activate after 5 days.

I would only consider it if Dio was singing, which is sadly unlikely to happen. Ozzie was crap even in his heyday.

Give them a call. OH got his ticket and as a bonus has been able to get a ticket for the match next week.

I got in pretty quickly to the presale this morning but was unable to click on anything to choose a ticket, think they must have 'sold out'.
The prices are scandalous though so am secretly a bit relieved!

people are stupid enough to pay it and the promoter knows that. Ozzy wasn't good with Sabbath in 1976 and 1978 and his best solo performance was on his first tour solo. Sabbath high water mark was with Dio singing in both the Sabbath format and Heaven and Hell.

Since he is dead it will never happen in this world.

This was exactly DH's experience (except via the Slayer fan club). Just couldn't stomach the prices.

I'm sorry but I think that's exploitation.

I saw them in 2013 and they were great. I wouldn't pay what they're looking this time around.
We have Nine Inch Nails tickets for June and I'm buzzing enough with them.

I managed to get standing tickets in the end.

We tried twice - artist presale and o2, then decided that we had better things to spend £500 on. DPs family live in India - that's a return flight for one.

Oooo I hadn't seen that someone had started a thread. My DH is a season ticket holder at Villa so we managed to get seated tickets in the presale yesterday. It was a bit nerve-wracking as I didn't want to accidentally click on something and lose my place. It is ridiculous that £207.50 each seems like a bargain compared to some of the prices.

Not sure Ozzy will be great but it will be an experience. I haven't seen Metallica live since 1995!

I do think there's going to be some coming up on resale, people will have panic bought so keep an eye on the website. I think you can set an alert.
