Hi everyone, just after advice!
I had a pretty nasty exchange with a particular seller a couple weeks ago.
I left a negative review and so in response he left me a negative one (never received a negative review before!!).
I have just noticed the seller put my son's birthdate in the review. He knew the birthday as I had asked it if it could be sent by a certain date for my son's birthday.
I'm absolutely not ok with this. I reported it straight to Vinted asking this be removed. Vinted have replied apologising for the behaviour and said the seller will be "disciplined".
The review is still on my page however with the birthdate on show!
I know this might not seem like a big deal to lots, but I am just not ok with that. Why is it ok for a seller to advertise my son's personal information. For co text he out "the kids birthday is on ".
How do i escalate this? With Vinted? All of their reporting just takes me too help pages. Their response to me doesn't have a reply option. I just want them to blur the dob out. It doesn't seem right someone gets to blab that on the internet to try and get to me when god knows who could see it!
