Colonoscopy ate fiber by accident

I have a colonoscopy in 30 hours and I have just had a white roll with chicken and didn’t realise until after it had added fiber to the roll so I’ve just eaten 7g of fiber!

I can’t uneat it but will it be ok?

Yes you'll be fine as long as you follow the prep instructions. Low fibre diet just makes the 'evacuation' stage easier!

Thanks. Haha that’s what I was worried about! Is it going to be harder for me. But the low fibre has actually given me liquid stool anyway!

going to be super careful from now and maybe start my fast earlier tomorrow
