Vinted bank account issues!

Am literally about to lose my mind with Vinted!

I have £50 sat in my Vinted account from sales I made last year. Since then I have divorced and the attached bank account has been closed. Tried to up date my details Vinted - just got error messages.
Turns out I had a 2nd Vinted account - my daughter had somehow tied hers to mine, and therefore 'against the rules'.

1000 messages to Vinted later, they told me the 2nd account had been closed and that the issue should resolve..... like hell it has

They literally now ignore my pleas for help or I just get a generic reply.
I can't even close my main account because of the £50 credit.

I am begging anyone with knowledge of how to resolve this to please share your wizardry!

Do you have a friend with a Vinted account? Could they list something which you then buy and they give you the money back once they've got it? Then close your existing account and start afresh if you need to. You'll lose a bit on buyer protection and postage, and have to go through with getting the something sent to you, but it would resolve it.
