How do you make a decision when you are completely 50/50

I have done all the normal things. Spoke to people, pros and cons list.
Visualised which I may prefer in the future.

This is a career move and stuck between two options I have been offered at work. I am completely 50/50. The problem is I want to do both and obviously can't. I am 50 so it's not as though I have time to do one and the other later.

I am torn. They both have different positives and negatives.

I suppose the question is how do you make a decision, draw a line in the sand and no regrets? I have ADHD so overthink anyway.

Just ideas on how to make a decision please.

Do a random number generator to pick between the 2.

Toss a coin.

Then if I feel like I don't like the answer, that tells me what I really want, so I do that.

I always imagine someone said I had no choice now and had to take option A as option B was gone.
Then I'd see if that made me feel disappointed or relieved. Then I'd do the same and pretend I only had option B and see if I was ok with that or disappointed.
Works for me.

Toss a coin! It's the only way. Simple but effective.
