Your favourite premium spirits...

If you were going to have a tray of premium spirits in your bar area what would you put on it...as in what's your favourite / special / recommended gin, vodka, whiskey, tequila, rum etc? Looking for suggestions that are both yummy to drink and pretty bottles.

Black Bottle Scotch whisky. Very peaty and in a fetching dark green glass bottle.
Dimple Haig is a premium Scotch in a fancy bottle but hard to find in the UK.
Janneau Armagnac comes in a clear flask-shape bottle, a bit like Mateus Rose.
Metaxa Greek brandy is usually in tall, elegant glass bottles or sometimes decorated porcelain. Waitrose sells one of their brandies.
Veccchia Romagna Italian brandy comes in a triangular bottle a bit like the Dimple Haig bottle. Can be bought at Waitrose.
Tanqueray Export Gin (the 43% one) is in a green glass bottle shaped like a cocktail shaker. Available everywhere.
