What causes your dog to sulk?

If the cat claims the ‘best’ seat on the sofa first there’s a lot of side eye.

when all the family are round for dinner she really doesn’t understand why she doesn’t have a place set for her too and will take herself up to the top landing….

If we don’t throw her ball for her regularly when we’re in the livingroom she makes loud sighing noises and then sulks. She’s a German shepherd so is ultra sassy!

If we eat a pot of yogurt and don't let him lick the lid. He can hear the sound of us opening the fridge door and comes running to give us the pathetic starving dog eyes. 👀

If my 4 YO Vizsla girl doesn’t get her own way (stroking on demand, wants her favourite toy but it’s out of reach etc…..) she will squeak loudly and literally shake with frustration.

We have created a spoilt princess….

Not going to visit all his friends in town (ie shops that divvy up with the dog biscuits). The problem being, we live in a small town which is very dog friendly, and places you wouldn't expect have treats and I feel guilty if I'm made by the dog to go in the card shop just because he wants to have a biscuit. He plants his feet and refuses to move.

This made me laugh so much!

My dog sulks if I won't go into the (cold) garden with him (I offer to play indoors... nope.)

He does a little jump with his front paws coming right off the ground when he has a tantrum

Mine can't stand the slightest discomfort. If I accidentally tread on her paw (because she's ALWAYS BLOODY RIGHT BEHIND ME) she will go onto the sofa, burrow under her blanket and then sit, just this hunched lump of fleece. Sometimes she will shake slightly for added guilt factor. It's her version of the Dressing Gown of Doom.
