Starting Friday with a big sulk

Anyone else just feel totally exhausted by life right now? I’ve worked 7:30-5 the last four days without a break and the thought of doing it again today is about to finish me off (in fact I just stayed in bed and am now running late- not helped my now posting on MN!) but I just had a major rant about how hard it is working full time, being a mother, keeping a house etc! Feeling totally overwhelmed and wishing I could drop even one day! Anyone else feeling it this morning?

Yep - but at my desk since 6:30 and will be here waiting for the shit to inevitably hit the fan by about 8 ish when the staff have been here for a bit. But..... it is friday, so takeaway and couple of drinks tonight.
This life seems to be going faster and faster? Wake up, go to work, get home, meal, bed repeat. repeat, repeat..... need a break

I've taken AL today (to get the house cleaned for a party I am hosting) but yeah I agreee, I'm exhausted and for some reason I haven't slept well for the last week.

Yes. I'm so bored of working full time, cooking meals, housework, etc.

And my work is a crappy combination of demanding but badly paid.

My kids are older so parenting isn't generally hard work anymore at least.

Am increasingly finding that my DH irritates me with his general crapness about the house / inability to finish anything.

I just want everyone to leave me alone but that might be the menopause 😬

You have my every sympathy.

Thank you everyone! Just seems like I’m on treadmill at the moment! Hope everyone has a brighter day!
