Just back from the first cinema trip of 2025. Film was great, despite there being a couple of late comers that sat directly behind us, had smoked about 1000 cigarettes each before coming in the cinema, stank of wee and had a horrible cough! We moved! 🤮

What's more impressive is that in a cinema with 6 people in it, is that they sat in the spaces behind me and DH.

@T4phage I must be descended from woodlice or am more tired than I thought reading your post!

I just think, if you are going to go to a small warm confined space, perhaps some consideration for your fellow trapped human beings might be part of your planning. Plus, you know, if you have a horrible cough, not passing it on to others.

I know exactly what you mean OP. One of my many pet peeves, this kind of people. Ugh!

May not have realised when they booked.

I took ds to the cinema about 10 years ago.
We were two of four people in the cinema... and they'd (or we'd) booked right next to each other.

We commented how funny it was and moved so we weren't on top of each other.

Woodlice 😂

I don't know op. It must be the same breed of people who set up camp within 5 feet of your picnic in a near park or beach!

It was when he put his feet on my armrest that any social niceties evaporated and I just got up and moved.

We were in the nicer seats so he must have had legs like the slenderman to get his stinky shoes on my armrest Grin

What a disgusting gross generalisation.
