Deed of Variation Sample letter?

Need to draft up a letter saying each receipent will be giving another receipsnt a % of their inheritance. Are there any templates about, cant see any on Government site

I’d just say that each (named) legatee (recipient) mentioned in the will, agrees unreservedly for (whoever it is) to receive x % or the named sum, from the estate.
And get them all to sign and date it.

We can give a % or amount yet as waiting for a property to sell BUT we have to do the deed no later than July as it will be the 2 year deadline

Please get a solicitor to do this. I've seen so many done incorrectly and it has caused a multitude of tax issues. It's a legal document, not the kind of thing you should be drafting yourself.

We have been on the Government website completed the yes no questions - there are tax inplications and no inheritence tax implications. Its all very straight forward. 3 siblings/beneficeres giving the 4th sibling a small amount of money. Done our homework on it
