Is the Stanstead Mid Stay Car Park for collecting walkable to terminal?

Im collecting and can only see the midstay carpark is free for 60 mins for collecting passengers.

Anyone used this, is it walkable to terminal?

Not walkable, but there are regular free buses

What I meant was, they can get a bus from the terminal to the mid stay where you are waiting for them.
I guess there's no reason why you couldn't bus it to them if they need help, but I've never done it this way.

Are these free airport buses, are they regular??? I want to see them come through so will grab the bus

They have a drop off / pick up lane. Costs £7 and you can be in it 15 minutes so could wait in mid stay for 60 then just nip across at the right time and use the lane?

We used the drop off when we came and dropped off but didnt think it could be used for pick ip. On the website it says arrivals/pick up is only the 2 var parks

I always use it what's the difference as long as not there long which I'm not cause of the cost. I have a disabled relative so it's worth it for me

I think you'd be quite lucky if you were able to park, walk to bus, wait for bus, travel on bus, go in to terminal to see them arrive, hug, walk back to bus, wait for bus, travel back on bus, walk back to car, load car up and get out of carpark within an hour

How I pick up is liaise with passengers for when they're through everything and only park then whilst they get the bus to me.,

Flight arrives midnight we plan to go into carpark just after midnight. Buses are every 10mins. It's a fiver if we go over the free hour

They are regular and free shuttle buses
