How do I change my pw without knowing it

@mnhq apparently you shut down my thread because you replied but I have not actually seen any replies

I'm signed in auto on one phone and am changing phone and I can't remember my pw and there is no forgot pw option

Mnhq can you at me or send me pm please with the message so I don't miss it thank you
