Swyft or Swoon sofas anyone?

I'm looking at purchasing a new chaise sofa and have whittled it down to these two retailers at present. Has anyone got any expertise of either please? Specifically:

• do they remove the old sofa and how easy is the process?
• what's the quality like?
• is the Swyft "sofa in a box" just a gimmick or is it actually easier?

I bought a Swyft sofa and it was so uncomfortable it went back in the 100 days. It was weirdly both unsupportive and too hard. Just really uncomfortable. I'll never again buy without trying - and I hate going to shops!
