I’m due back from mat leave in September. When should I put in my flexible working request? I work in an office type role and they have not hired a maternity cover and have just distributed my workload amongst my team (who are now very busy). I don’t think it’ll be refused, nor should they need much notice, but I don’t want the hassle of it being declined. Originally planned to do KIT days and discuss it then but uncertain now as I am EBF.
